About me

“the psychology of the soul turns out to be about people in relationship.” - Andrew Samuels

My path into counselling grew from a lifelong curiosity about healing, consciousness, emotional truth, and the deeper dimensions of human experience.

I have always been drawn to the question of what it means to become fully ourselves — not only psychologically, but emotionally, spiritually, and relationally.

As a person-centred and psychodynamic therapist, I believe healing begins within relationship. When we are met with genuine empathy, presence, and acceptance, something within us begins to soften, unfold, and reconnect.

My work is grounded in the belief that each person carries an innate wisdom and healing intelligence. Even in times of suffering or confusion, there is often a deeper part of us seeking movement toward wholeness.

I aim to offer therapy as a compassionate and grounded space where all aspects of your experience are welcome — including the parts that may feel vulnerable, hidden, confusing, or difficult to express.

My Approach

My work integrates person-centred counselling, psychodynamic understanding, and transpersonal perspectives.

Person-centred therapy trusts in the human capacity for growth when met with empathy, acceptance, and authenticity. (bacp.co.uk)

Psychodynamic therapy invites us to gently explore the unconscious patterns and relational experiences that continue to shape our emotional lives. (ispc.org.uk)

Transpersonal psychology recognises that healing can also involve the spiritual dimension of human experience — including altered states, existential questions, intuition, connection, and the search for deeper meaning.

Alongside my counselling practice, I am training in holotropic breathwork and psychedelic-assisted therapy, approaches that continue to deepen my respect for the psyche’s natural intelligence and capacity for transformation.
