Breathwork & Psychedelic Integration
What to ExpectAs a trainee holotropic breathwork and psychedelic-assisted therapy practitioner, I offer integration-informed therapeutic support for people exploring expanded states of consciousness and personal transformation.
Experiences arising through breathwork, meditation, spiritual practice, retreats, psychedelic experiences or other non-ordinary states can sometimes feel profound, confusing, emotionally intense or difficult to put into words. Integration provides a confidential therapeutic space in which these experiences can be explored carefully and understood within the wider context of your life, relationships and emotional wellbeing.
The aim is not to impose a particular interpretation on your experience, but to support you in discovering what it means for you and how any insights might be integrated into everyday life in a grounded, sustainable way.
This work may involve:
Emotional integration — making space for feelings that have surfaced and exploring them at a manageable pace.
Meaning-making — reflecting on imagery, memories, insights, spiritual experiences or shifts in perspective.
Preparation and intention setting — exploring your motivations, expectations, fears, boundaries and support needs before an experience.
Processing difficult experiences — working through confusion, fear, grief, shame, disorientation or other challenging material.
Grounding and embodiment — reconnecting with the body, the present moment and a sense of emotional stability.
Ongoing therapeutic reflection — considering how the experience relates to recurring patterns, relationships, identity and personal development.
Translating insight into action — identifying realistic changes, practices or choices that may help you embody what you have learned.
Exploring relational and unconscious material — gently examining attachment patterns, internal conflicts, protective parts and material that may have emerged outside ordinary awareness.
Integration is not about chasing further extraordinary experiences. It is often about slowing down, developing discernment and allowing insight to become meaningful through reflection, embodiment and everyday action.
My approach is relational, integrative and trauma-aware. I aim to offer a respectful, non-judgemental space that remains open to psychological, emotional, existential and spiritual dimensions of experience, without assuming that any single framework provides the complete explanation.
Please note: I do not provide psychedelic substances or underground psychedelic sessions.
